Lync server 2013 Diagnostic ID 26029; reason="Call is disconnected because of invalid configuration."

Hi all,

we have Lync 2013 enterprise With high availability.We are experiencing issue With workflow/response Group.

When a user dial in (using mobile) to main switchboard and choose any of the choises the Call drops.

This is working fine for others,so its a bit mix.For some it also fails after talking With an agent for a while (10-15 min),then Call just drops.

What they have in common is Diagnostic ID 26029 With this error:

26029; reason="Call is disconnected because of invalid configuration."

Why is this failing for some but not for others?

Also want to start logging tool,but which Component should i choose for respons Group related?

You can select "SIPStack",any SIP traces can be captured this way.

Hi Stefan and thanks for your tip.We have now done the trace but it does not state any error.Have now patched to CU11 and we will see if issue is still there on monday,

Seems like issue was related to duplicated application endpoints.When restarted RGS service there was generated an event that was complaining about non existing routing point.Deleted it and all is ok now.
